골뱅이 소면 만들어 먹기~

양념을 준비합니다~ 고추장, 고추가루, 골뱅이통조림, 국수, 마늘 다진것.

골뱅이는 비린내가 나지 않도록 뜨거운 물에 잠깐 헹궈서 채에 받혀 물기를 빼줍니다~

면을 삶을 때는 물이 끌어 오르면 찬물을 한 번씩 넣어줍니다. 그러면, 면발이 쫄깃쫄깃 탱탱하게 된답니다~!

국수는 다 삶아지면 찬물에 헹궈서 채에 받쳐서 물기를 제거합니다.

짜잔!!! 왕 접시 가운데에 위에서 무친 골뱅이를 놓고. 주위는 국수 면발을 손으로 살살 감아서 빙~~~ 둘러줍니다~~
